1. 导言

欢迎使用凌卡(LeanCam)!本《用户协议》(以下简称“本协议”)是您与凌卡(LeanCam)开发者之间关于使用凌卡软件及相关服务所订立的法律协议。 请您在注册或使用本软件前仔细阅读本协议。一旦您使用 LeanCam,即表示您同意接受本协议的约束。

2. 账号注册与安全

  1. 您可能需要通过手机号码或第三方平台登录以使用部分功能(如云端同步、智能修图等)。
  2. 您应妥善保管您的账号信息。因您保管不善导致的损失,由您自行承担。
  3. 您承诺不使用虚假信息注册,不冒用他人身份。

3. 服务内容

  • 基础功能:提供本地拍摄、修图、滤镜等处理工具。
  • 智能修图服务:在您主动使用云端修图或智能处理能力时,所选照片可能会临时上传至服务器生成或执行修图方案;上传前会尽量移除 EXIF/GPS 等元数据,仅用于本次处理。
  • 云端同步:提供账号信息、昵称头像与相关配置的跨设备同步。

我们可能根据版本或地区差异调整具体功能与服务内容。

位置权限为可选,仅用于本地拍摄时写入照片地理信息,不会用于广告追踪或用户画像。

4. 订阅与付费服务

  1. LeanCam Pro 为通过 Apple App Store 应用内购买提供的自动续费订阅服务。当前订阅权益主要用于云端照片 AI 对话和智能修图额度,不影响基础拍摄和本地手动编辑功能。
  2. 具体订阅名称、周期、价格、续费价格和权益内容以 App 内购买页、Apple 购买确认弹窗和 App Store Connect 展示为准。月度、年度等不同套餐属于同一 Pro 权益,具体额度可能因版本、地区或服务配置调整。
  3. 订阅会自动续费,除非您在当前订阅周期结束前通过 App Store 账户设置取消。购买、续费、取消、退款和发票等支付事项由 Apple 按其规则处理。
  4. 您可以在 App 内通过“恢复购买”恢复仍有效的订阅权益;如已订阅,也可以通过 App 内入口打开 App Store 订阅管理页面。
  5. 如果订阅到期、取消、退款、付款失败或 Apple/服务端验单显示权益无效,相关 Pro 权益可能停止或回到免费额度。

5. 用户行为规范

  • 不得上传违反法律法规、色情、暴力或侵犯他人权益的内容。
  • 不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或试图提取源代码。
  • 不得恶意攻击服务器或滥用 API 接口。

6. 知识产权与内容所有权

  • 软件权利:LeanCam 软件本身(包括代码、UI 设计、Logo)的知识产权归开发者所有。
  • 用户内容:您使用 LeanCam 拍摄和编辑的照片,其版权归您所有。未经授权,我们不会将您的照片用于商业推广。
  • 授权:对于您主动使用云端修图或智能处理的图片,您授权我们将图片临时传输至服务器完成相关处理。

7. 免责声明

  1. 智能处理结果:云端或 AI 辅助生成的修图建议、参数或处理方案可能存在偏差,您应自行判断是否采用。
  2. 服务中断:因网络状况、系统维护等不可抗力导致的服务中断,我们将尽可能提前通知,但不对因此造成的损失承担责任。
  3. 数据安全:我们将采取技术措施保护您的数据,但无法保证绝对的互联网安全。

8. 账号注销与数据删除

您可在 App 的“设置 - 账号 - 注销账号”发起注销。注销后,账号及其相关数据将被永久删除且无法恢复。

9. 协议修改

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在 App 内公布,您继续使用服务即视为接受修改。

1. Introduction

Welcome to LeanCam (凌卡)! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of LeanCam regarding your use of the LeanCam software and related services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using the software. By using LeanCam, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Account Registration & Security

  1. You may need to log in via phone number or a third-party platform to access certain features (e.g., cloud sync or intelligent retouching).
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. You are solely liable for any loss due to improper custody.
  3. You agree not to use false information or impersonate others.

3. Services

  • Basic Features: Local capture, retouching, filters, and editing tools.
  • Intelligent Retouching: When you actively use cloud retouching or intelligent processing, selected photos may be temporarily uploaded to servers to generate or apply editing instructions; EXIF/GPS metadata is removed where practical and used only for that processing task.
  • Cloud Sync: Syncs account info, profile data, and related configurations across devices.

We may adjust specific features or services by version or region.

Location permission is optional and used only on-device to write geotags into local photos; it is not used for ad tracking or profiling.

4. Subscriptions & Paid Services

  1. LeanCam Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple App Store in-app purchase. Current subscription benefits primarily cover cloud photo AI conversation and intelligent retouching quota, and do not affect basic capture or local manual editing features.
  2. The subscription name, duration, price, renewal price, and included benefits are shown in the in-app purchase screen, Apple purchase confirmation sheet, and App Store Connect metadata. Monthly and yearly plans map to the same Pro entitlement, and exact quota may vary by version, region, or service configuration.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings before the end of the current subscription period. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and invoices are handled by Apple under its rules.
  4. You can restore active subscription entitlements through “Restore Purchases” in the App. If subscribed, you can also open the App Store subscription management page from within the App.
  5. If a subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, payment fails, or Apple/backend verification shows the entitlement is invalid, Pro benefits may stop or return to the free quota.

5. User Conduct

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringing.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Do not maliciously attack servers or abuse APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Software Rights: Intellectual property of LeanCam software (code, UI, logo) belongs to the developer.
  • User Content: You retain full copyright of photos captured/edited with LeanCam. We will not use your photos for commercial promotion without authorization.
  • License: For cloud retouching or intelligent processing that you initiate, you grant us a license to temporarily transmit images to servers to complete the requested processing.

7. Disclaimer

  1. Intelligent Processing Results: AI-assisted editing suggestions, parameters, or processing plans may be imperfect; you are responsible for deciding whether to use them.
  2. Service Interruption: We are not liable for interruptions due to network issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
  3. Security: While we employ technical measures to protect data, absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in the App under Settings > Account > Delete Account. After deletion, the account and related data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Updated terms will be posted within the App; continued use constitutes acceptance.
