1. 概述

凌卡(LeanCam)非常重视您的隐私。本政策说明您在使用凌卡(拍摄、编辑、账号、会员订阅与云端修图等)时,我们如何处理信息。我们不进行广告追踪。

2. 我们收集的信息

为提供必要功能,我们仅收集与服务直接相关的信息:

  • 账号信息:当您注册或登录时,我们会收集手机号、邮箱或第三方登录标识,以及昵称/姓名、头像等资料,用于账号识别、登录与跨设备同步。
  • 设备与安全信息:为保障账号安全与防止滥用,我们可能会使用设备型号、系统版本或应用内生成的设备标识进行安全校验;不用于广告或跨应用追踪。
  • 本地照片与编辑内容:拍摄与编辑结果默认保存在您设备本地或系统相册,除非您主动使用云端功能,否则不会上传。
  • 云端修图与智能处理数据:当您主动使用云端修图或智能处理功能时,您选定的照片、文字指令和相关任务信息会通过网络上传至服务器,用于分析图像并生成或执行可解释的修图参数。处理完成后,将根据服务需要在必要期限内保存或删除,不会用于广告或营销。
  • 购买与订阅信息:当您通过 Apple App Store 购买、恢复或管理 LeanCam Pro 订阅时,我们会处理商品 ID、交易标识、订阅状态、到期时间、续费状态和额度信息,用于开通权益、恢复购买、处理退款或同步订阅状态。我们不会获取您的银行卡号、Apple ID 密码等支付凭证。
  • 拍摄统计与额度信息:登录后,为展示拍摄统计、同步云端修图额度和保障服务稳定,我们可能会同步按日期汇总的本地快门数量、时区、额度使用情况和服务状态;这些统计不包含照片内容。

3. 权限说明

为了正常运行,LeanCam 可能需要以下权限:

  • 相机:用于取景、预览和拍摄照片。
  • 照片库:用于保存拍摄内容到系统相册,以及读取您选择的照片进行编辑或云端修图。
  • 网络访问:用于账号登录、设备安全校验、订阅状态同步、云端同步及云端修图数据传输。
  • 位置(可选):仅用于本地拍摄时在照片 EXIF 中记录拍摄地点,不会作为账号画像或广告追踪用途。

4. 数据使用与共享

我们不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。您的数据仅用于:

  • 提供和维护服务(如账号登录、云端同步、订阅权益、拍摄统计与云端修图)。
  • 保障服务安全与稳定运行。

我们不使用广告标识符,不进行跨应用追踪,也不将您的照片、订阅或使用数据用于广告投放。

第三方服务:为提供对象存储、云端修图、应用内购买和登录等能力,部分加密数据可能会由可信赖的云服务商或 Apple 等平台处理。我们只会共享提供服务所必需的数据,并要求其遵守保密与数据保护义务。

元数据处理说明:当您主动使用云端修图或智能处理时,上传前会尽量移除照片中的 EXIF/GPS 等元数据,仅传输完成服务所需的图像内容。

5. 账号注销与数据删除

您可以在 App 的“设置 - 账号 - 注销账号”发起注销。注销后,我们将删除服务器端与该账号相关的个人数据和云端配置,且无法恢复。为处理订阅、退款、争议、安全审计或法律合规所必须保留的记录,将仅在必要期限内保存。

1. Overview

LeanCam (凌卡) values your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use LeanCam (capture, editing, accounts, subscriptions, and cloud retouching). We do not use advertising tracking.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide the service:

  • Account Information: When you register or log in, we collect your phone number, email address, or third-party login identifier, plus profile data such as nickname/name and avatar for account identification and sync.
  • Device & Security Information: For account security and abuse prevention, we may use device model, OS version, or an app-generated device identifier. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
  • Local Photos & Edits: Photos and edits are stored locally on your device or in the system Photos library. They are not uploaded unless you actively use cloud features.
  • Cloud Retouching & Intelligent Processing Data: When you actively use cloud retouching or intelligent processing, selected photos, text prompts, and related task information are uploaded to servers to analyze the image and generate or apply explainable editing parameters. After processing, data is stored only as needed for the service or deleted, and is never used for advertising or marketing.
  • Purchase & Subscription Information: When you purchase, restore, or manage a LeanCam Pro subscription through the Apple App Store, we process product IDs, transaction identifiers, subscription status, expiration time, renewal status, and quota information to enable entitlements, restore purchases, handle refunds, or sync subscription status. We do not receive your card number, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.
  • Capture Stats & Quota Information: After login, to show capture statistics, sync cloud retouching quota, and maintain service stability, we may sync daily aggregated local shutter counts, timezone, quota usage, and service status. These statistics do not include photo content.

3. Permissions

LeanCam may request the following permissions:

  • Camera: To preview and capture photos.
  • Photo Library: To save captures to your library and read selected photos for editing or cloud retouching.
  • Network: For account login, device security checks, subscription status sync, cloud sync, and cloud retouching data transfer.
  • Location (Optional): Used only on-device to write location into local photo EXIF metadata, and not for profiling or ad tracking.

4. Data Usage & Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is used only to:

  • Provide and maintain services (e.g., account login, cloud sync, subscription entitlements, capture stats, and cloud retouching).
  • Protect service security and stability.

We do not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, or use your photos, subscription, or usage data for advertising.

Third-Party Services: To provide object storage, cloud retouching, in-app purchases, and login, some encrypted data may be processed by trusted cloud providers or platforms such as Apple. We share only what is necessary and require them to comply with confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Metadata Handling: When you actively use cloud retouching or intelligent processing, EXIF/GPS metadata is removed where practical before upload. Only image content required to provide the service is transmitted.

5. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in the App under Settings > Account > Delete Account. After deletion, we will remove account-related personal data and cloud configurations from our servers, and it cannot be recovered. Records that must be retained for subscriptions, refunds, disputes, security audits, or legal compliance will be kept only for the necessary period.
